organisational development S                                                                                                    This is a name which can cover so many things! It is a term which is connected to the need for organisational change - and how to change in the way you want. It can be a major restructuring; an exploration of the operation and processes, a look at the HR policy and structure and more and more! The key for most OD initiatives is to establish where you are now - and where you want to be and in what direction you want to go there. We do not pretend to cover all of the areas of OD. We support you in certain areas where we believe we can add value to you.

We can support you in 3 main areas:

  • Establishing the organisational and corporate culture - and whether it is appropriate for the direction you want to take
  • Identifying the strategic intention and issues
  • Implementing change - through the people
