This list is not pretending to cover all of the options, though using a variety of these will improve people and their capabilities and confidence.
We can run programmes to help to raise the awareness and the coaching skills of managers and leaders in your organisation so that they can do more to develop others. We believe that the first stage in this is to ensure their attitudes and beliefs shift so that they recognise why they need to spend time on this activity. (See the article on "Supercoaches" which is based on some research done when modelling a number of top coaches in sport, theatre and business.)
We are not tied to any one process or tool for coaching skills, we will work with you and your issues to develop a solution which fits with your requirements and those of the target groups. We have shown a sample programme in the download section which was specifically aimed at sales managers and field sales supervisors. We do feel that coaching skills are a key requirement for all managers and leaders will spend time applying them with their colleagues and reports.
