The old saying "too many companies are over-managed and under-led" is still true today in many organisations.  Is it the case in yours?  In rapidly changing markets, economies and climates high quality leadership skills are vital for success., what do you do to provide leadership development?

Another option for leadership development is through coaching - or as the fashion would have it, "executive coaching".  We can support this approach using our results oriented approach, called "Coherent Coaching".  This can be used on a 1:1 basis or for team coaching.
