Who we are

The directors of the company have many years of experience to offer you, working internationally as well as in the UK.

In addition, we have a number of associates who work with us, offering a broad range of expertise and skills.  This means we can choose the most appropriate person for you, who will fit with your organisation and the groups.

Graham Yemm

Graham Yemm 1                                                                                                                   Graham is one of the founding directors of Solutions 4 Training Ltd and a partner in two other companies.  He has 20 years experience as a consultant and partner in training companies, developing and delivering training solutions both internationally and in the UK.

He descibes his life calling as "Enabling growth, by making breakthroughs and enabling others to do so" and aims to bring this to all that he does.  He believes that everyone can continue to develop and improve with the right encouragement and support.

He works in a number of fields where his experience and interest combine to take him.  These include helping organisations develop their sales and sales management, working with managers to be better leaders and people managers, corporate culture and its impact on strategy and performance and helping people develop themselves.

 He blends established principles with newer behavioural approaches with the aim of achieving the required business objectives.

His personal enjoyment comes from helping individuals to take more responsibility for their own actions and lives - freeing them to feel they can make more choices about their lives.  In addition to his corporate work he is also an advisor with Young Enterprise and a mentor for the Prince's Trust, and has a hypnotherapy practice.


Bruce Hoverd


Bruce Hoverd                    Bruce is a director of Solutions 4 Training and also has his own consultancy, fit4business.

His background is mainly in Organisation and Human Resource development & training, within four very different organisations, each in a different sector.  After leaving the commercial world, he became a partner and director of a major change consultancy for several years.  Preferring the flexibility of working with his own clients in areas he wanted, he left and started as an independent consultant.

He aims to challenge & support individuals, groups and organisations to become healthier and therefore more productive.  In his work with clients, he adheres to four principles; providing a balance of challenge and support, promoting honesty and truth-telling,  encouraging an outlook which values diversity, and creating high energy for change.  He is very involved with helping individuals and teams to operate more effectively through coaching, helping people cope with pressure and stress, coaching, and developing their interpersonal and influencing skills whether as leaders or team members.

Bruce has worked with many types of businesses throughout Europe, the Middle East, the USA, Asia and Africa.
